The Andrews Brothers brings down the house with laughter.
A trio of stagehands becomes the perfect solution to an unexpected dilemma -- the inability of The Andrews Sisters to keep their USO commitment. Unwilling to give up her singing debut as the opening act in the USO tour, Peggy Jones devises a plan to assure that the show will go on: Lawrence, Max, and Patrick will replace The Andrews Sisters as Laverne, Maxine, and Patty. The transformation attempt into females with the help of wigs and wardrobe is hilarious.
Familiar war songs of the 1940s, energetic dance routines sparked with audience members interacting with the cast are the right ingredients for a night of first-rate entertainment designed for the enjoyment of the entire family.
